Corentin’s sisters farm-inn restaurant
In Plélo, just 2 minutes from our little houses in the Prairie, in a wonderful valley with a river flowing through, is the family restaurant: Au Char à Bancs.
Established since 1971, this farm inn will delight you with its warm and gourmet cuisine: Authentic dishes such as the traditional hotpot cooked over a wood fire, buckwheat pancakes, sweet pancakes and homemade cider, but also the tasty burger, dishes and desserts of the day concocted with the family farm products, the vegetable garden and local producers.
It is also possible to sit on the terrace for a snack, afternoon tea or an aperitif in the sun. Note that for lunch and dinner, reservations are strongly recommended.
In the basement of the restaurant, you will discover ‘Jeanne & Co’, the second-hand shop full of charm. There are decorative items for the home and the garden, crockery, gift ideas and "made in Char à Bancs" products (cider, apple juice, salted butter caramel, rhubarb jam ...). Everything you need to bring back a little bit of Brittany home in your suitcases.
One afternoon is hardly enough to visit the valley: You can stroll in the alleys of the vegetable gardens where flowers, vegetables, aromatic plants and pretty quotes mix poetically, see the farm animals, enjoy the kiddie’s games, and in summer, take them for a ride on a pony or a pedal boat..
During the summer holidays (July and August), the Char à Bancs is open every day, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The Giant Nets “Hisse et Ho!”
Up in the heights of the Char à Bancs trees, the giant trampolines called “Hisse and Ho!” welcomes you to jump in its gigantic nets hanging from the trees. More than 1500m² of space surrounded by nature, accessible at all ages and without special equipment. You will experience a real moment of freedom, relaxation and complicity, high above the ground.. And for those in search of adrenaline, try the new slide, it is an incredible 60m long slide and also the zipline course above the valley!
